Return & Exchange Window
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact and included
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support:
- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Detailed reason for return/exchange
- Photos of the item(s) in their current condition
Valid Reasons for Returns/Exchanges
- Wrong size received
- Item different from description
- Manufacturing defect
- Quality issues
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged during shipping
Condition Requirements
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- No signs of wear, washing, or alterations
- No perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks
- Must be returned in original packaging
Refund Process
- Once return is approved, ship items back to the provided address
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If requested size/color is unavailable, a refund will be processed
- Additional payment may be required if exchanging for a higher-priced item
- Difference will be refunded if exchanging for a lower-priced item
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items damaged during delivery
- Items damaged due to customer handling
